We negotiate and arrange appropriate insurance cover for Buildings and Public Liability, ensuring that your interest is noted on the policy and your proportionate share of the premium.
We will arrange AGM with shareholders, and provide agenda, minutes, reports, correspondence and management accounts.
Residents will also receive statements of charges incurred and implementation of the budget drawn up in agreement with them, on all aspects of the maintenance policy for good upkeep of common areas, car parking and shared open spaces.
Our qualified experts carry out detailed property inspections, condition surveys and strategic maintenance. We also provide a design consultancy service to facilitate maintenance of open space, management and security.
